Town Hall Rental Rules
Reglas Del Alquiler Ayuntamiento

1. You must provide a valid driver's license and township proof of residency before renting.
   Debe proporcionar la licencia y el municipio de la prueba de conducir válida de residencia antes de alquilar.
2. Payment in full of the current rate at the time of reservation including security deposit is required within one week or the reservation will be cancelled. In the event of a price increase, you will be responsible for the difference.
   El pago total de la tasa actual en el momento de la reserva incluyendo el depósito de seguridad se requiere dentro de una semana o de la reserva será cancelada. En el caso de un aumento de precios, usted será responsable de la diferencia.
3. Renters can start to set up no earlier than 4 pm the prior day of the rental (if the hall is available).
   Los inquilinos pueden empezar a crear no antes de las 16:00 del día anterior del alquiler (si la sala está disponible).
4. Renting can only be designated for the same year. For example, if you want to schedule Christmas Day, you must make the reservation and pay the fees no earlier than January 2nd of that same year.
   Alquiler sólo puede ser designado para el mismo año. Por ejemplo, si desea programar el día de Navidad, usted debe hacer la reserva y pagar las tasas no antes que en enero 2 de ese mismo año.
5. The security deposit will be refunded after 30 days of your event.
   El depósito de garantía será devuelto después de 30 días de su evento.
6. Tables must not be dragged, leaned or stood upon. They should lie on top of one another for storing.
   Las tablas no deben ser arrastrados, se apoyaron o levantaron sobre. Deben estar en la parte superior de uno al otro para su almacenamiento.
7. Tables and chairs must stay inside of the building.
   Mesas y sillas deben permanecer en el interior del edificio.
8. No decorations may be hung from the ceiling or walls. If there are any marks, scrapes, or dirt all or part of the security deposit will not be refunded.
   No hay decoraciones se pueden colgar del techo o las paredes. Si hay alguna marca, raspaduras o la suciedad de todo o parte del depósito de seguridad no será devuelto.
9. Coffee pots and other town property cannot be removed from the building.
   Cafeteras y otros bienes de la ciudad no pueden ser retirados del edificio.
10. All garbage must be picked up and removed by the renter.
    Toda la basura debe ser recogido y eliminado por el arrendatario.
11. No glasses or cups are allowed outside of the building.
    No había vasos o copas pueden salir del edificio.
12. All floors must be mopped including the hall, the kitchen, the restrooms, and the utility room.
    Todos los pisos deben ser fregado incluyendo la sala, la cocina, los baños y el cuarto de servicio.
13. No rice, confetti or soap bubbles may be used inside of the building.
    No hay arroz, confeti o las burbujas de jabón se pueden usar en el interior del edificio.
14. No candles are allowed. Candles used for birthday cakes are acceptable. The use of power strips is not allowed.
    No se permiten velas. Velas utilizadas para las tortas de cumpleaños son aceptables. No se permite el uso de regletas de enchufes.
15. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while inside and outside of the building which also includes the parking lot areas.
    Los niños deben ser supervisados or un adulto en todo momento, mientras que dentro y fuera del edificio, que también incluye las áreas de estacionamiento.
16. Make sure that everything is picked up inside and outside of the building including the parking area and lawn.
    Asegúrese de que todo está recogido dentro y fuera del edificio, incluyendo la zona de aparcamiento y césped.
17. The rocks located in front of the building cannot be thrown on the roof, thrown around the parking lot, or put in the flag box. If rocks are removed as stated above, your security deposit of $300 will not be refunded. 
    Las rocas situadas en frente del edificio no pueden ser arrojados en el techo, lanzado por el estacionamiento, o poner en la caja de la bandera. Si las rocas se eliminan como se ha indicado anteriormente, el depósito de garantía de $ 300 no será devuelto.
18. All people must be off of the Town Hall property by 9:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This includes the outside areas.

19. All doors must be unlocked while the building is in use. The person renting the hall is responsible for locking all doors when leaving.

20. Keys for the building should be placed in the Town of Arcadia “Place Payments Here” box outside the front door when leaving.

21. Alcohol will not be allowed on the premises.
    El alcohol no será permitido en el recinto.
22. If damage to the property exceeds the security deposit, the renter will be billed for the difference between the security deposit and the additional charges for damages.

23. The entire property, inside and outside, are smoke free.

24. Town hall maximum capacity is 125 people at any one time.
    Capacidad máxima del ayuntamiento es de 125 personas en un momento dado.
25. No dances are allowed in the town hall.
    No se permiten los bailes en el ayuntamiento.
26. Music may be played in the town hall, but all music and all other sounds must be at a level so as not to be heard beyond the front parking area. All music must end at 9:00 p.m.

27. There will be no subleasing of this agreement to any other party. Failure to not comply, will result in no return of the security deposit.

28. The Hall must be returned to the way it was set-up before the renting occurred. Failure to do so will result in the security deposit or parts thereof not returned.
    La Sala debe ser devuelto a la forma en que fue puesta en marcha antes de que ocurriera el alquiler. De no hacerlo, dará lugar a la fianza o partes del mismo no se devuelve.
29. Noncompliance of any of the above rules will result in immediate removal from the premises by any Town of Arcadia Board Member or their designee and will result in no refund of the security.
    El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las reglas anteriores dará lugar a la eliminación inmediata de los locales por cualquier ciudad de Arcadia miembro de la Junta o su designado y dará lugar a ningún reembolso de la seguridad.
